Norman's Tree Service

About Norman's Tree Service

Tidewater snow comes down wet and heavy, and in King William it piles onto the long stands of loblolly pine until their branches bow toward the road. Norman's Tree Service, a tree service by trade, turns to snow removal when those storms blow through, digging out driveways and paths so households along the county's quiet roads aren't stranded at home. Along the county line the Pamunkey River runs dark and slow on a morning like that, and the whole countryside seems to hold its breath. Then the drive opens, a clean lane cut through the snow, and the household's day is back underway. It is practical winter work with a payoff you can see from the kitchen window.
