About Green Acres Nursery and Landscaping

Spring in King George arrives from the ground up — redbud along the fence lines near Shiloh, then the first mow of the year on a Saturday still too cool for short sleeves. Green Acres Nursery and Landscaping puts plants in the ground and keeps the grass around them in shape: mowing, trimming, mulching, bed work, and the landscape upkeep that follows a planting for years afterward. Sandy loam and a long growing season make this good country for growing things, so long as somebody stays after it. Nothing beats walking a job a year later and finding everything has knit together the way it was drawn. The lawn, meanwhile, asks only to be cut clean and cut on time.
