About Booth's Landscaping Lawn & Garden World

Kilmarnock's Main Street holds its crepe myrtles right through the winter, bare and pale against a low Northern Neck sky. When hard weather does reach Lancaster County — snow some years, glaze ice more often — Booth's Landscaping Lawn & Garden World is out in it, plowing driveways and parking areas, shoveling entries, spreading salt and sand where a step turns treacherous. The rest of the year runs green: mowing, trimming, edging, bed cleanups and leaf removal as the light gets short again. A cleared lot on a gray January morning and a cut lawn in July are the same idea — a place ready for the people who use it. Both happen here, close to home.
