About Ascending Tree Service LLC

Kenbridge is a rail town in Lunenburg County — a short brick main street, then loblolly and farm field all the way out toward the Meherrin. Ascending Tree Service LLC works those pines and the hardwood shading the older houses in town, taking a trunk down when it has gone soft or leaned too far, trimming to open a drive, pruning to keep a young tree growing the right shape. Southside weather can turn from still to sideways in an afternoon, and pine tops break exactly where nobody wants them. The cleanup after is thorough: limbs cut down to size, the pile carried off, needles and ruts raked off the grass. Quiet town, quiet work, and a yard left better than it was found.
