About Sargent & Son Mowing LLC

The first mow of spring in Jonesville tends to arrive when the redbuds open and Cumberland Mountain, the long blue wall along the Kentucky line, still shows gray through its bare hardwoods. Sargent & Son Mowing LLC starts its season there, cutting back the early flush before it can run ahead. Through the months that follow, the job is the same and never quite the same: a yard bordered by vegetable rows, a side lot that drops away downhill, a lawn that wants a sharp trim along a gravel drive. Each one gets a cut matched to its ground and an edge that makes the grass look intentional. In a small town where neighbors notice, a well-mowed yard is a kind of good manners.
