About Terrain Excavating and Grading, LLC

Howardsville sits where the Rockfish meets the James, an old landing town with river fog that hangs in the low ground half the winter. Terrain Excavating and Grading, LLC works those cold mornings — plowing driveways and lanes, clearing walks, pushing snow back off the river-road approaches so people can get up the grade. Storms come over the Blue Ridge and sink into this valley heavier than they do on the ridgetops. When a long gravel drive comes open end to end, the day can start. That is the whole of it, and it matters every time.
