About McAlister's Lawn and Landscape LLC

On the north end of Harrisonburg, where the streets of Park View run up toward Chestnut Ridge, the yards are old enough to have shade trees and pitched enough to make mowing a matter of technique. McAlister's Lawn and Landscape LLC handles them week by week — mowing, trimming, edging along the sidewalks, mulching beds, and clearing the leaves that pile against the porch steps every autumn. Overseeding and fertilization keep the thin patches under the maples from giving up entirely. It is the kind of neighborhood where one cut lawn talks to the one beside it. Keeping that conversation going is the work.
