About P & D Lawn Care LLC

At four in the morning Magruder Boulevard is empty, the north end of Hampton lit and silent, and a snow that started at midnight has had the road entirely to itself. P & D Lawn Care LLC works that hour — plowing lots and drives, clearing walkways to the pavement, salting entrances before the first shift arrives. This stretch of Virginia takes its snow in single doses, wet and short-lived, so the whole task is beating the sunrise with it. When traffic finally starts, the lanes are open and the steps are clear and nobody remarks on it. That is the job done right.
