John's Tree and Landscaping

About John's Tree and Landscaping

The Southwest Mountains take the first white of the year, and Gordonsville watches it come down the slope toward the hayfields. John's Tree and Landscaping meets it at the end of long farm lanes and in-town driveways alike: plowing, shoveling steps and walks, and putting down salt or sand where a grade turns treacherous. A quarter mile of gravel lane banked clean on both sides before the school bus comes is a morning well spent. Storms keep no office hours, so neither does the plow. The work covers Gordonsville and reaches out to Orange, Montpelier Station, Keswick and Louisa.
