The Junk Thief

About The Junk Thief

A winter night in Gainesville goes very still under a storm, no traffic on the side streets, just the hiss of snow against the streetlights. The Junk Thief comes through those hours with the plow, cutting drives open, clearing walkways down to the surface, pushing banks back and carting them off where they would otherwise pile up all season. Ice melt goes down on the north side of a house, where the sun never reaches and the real danger lives. Morning arrives, the street still looks impossible, and your own driveway is simply done. Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow and the neighborhoods in between.
