About Timber Works Tree Care

In January the ridge above Front Royal goes white while town stays brown, and from the road you can see every crossing limb and every dead top. Timber Works Tree Care likes the season for that reason — bare wood tells the truth, and pruning cuts made in the cold close over cleanly once the sap moves. The rest of the year they take down trees that have come to the end of it, trim the ones leaning on a garage, and clear what a summer storm has torn loose. The work is loud for a morning and then it is over, and the yard is quieter than it was. Sawdust on the frost, brush loaded, sky wider over the house.
