About Advanced Property

From the hill where Randolph-Macon Academy stands, Front Royal reads as a green town, roofs first, then treetops, then the ridges holding it in on both sides. Advanced Property looks after individual pieces of that green with routine mowing, crisp edging along drive and sidewalk, trimming around fences, mailboxes and foundation plantings, and the seasonal cleanups that bracket the growing year. Properties get handled as whole properties, front to back, so the strip behind the garage looks as finished as the lawn facing the street. Come October the leaves off the maples on the older blocks are gathered and carried away rather than pushed to the curb to blow back. A tended yard is a small thing from the hilltop and the entire thing from the sidewalk.
