About BCLS Inc

The big lots out along Central Park hold snow differently than a driveway does: acres of it, banked and re-banked, with fire lanes and cart corrals and doors that have to open at seven whether it stormed or not. BCLS Inc plans that ground in advance, deciding where the piles go, which lanes clear first, and how to keep meltwater from running back across a walk and freezing at dusk. Fredericksburg storms tend to arrive wet and heavy off the Piedmont, the kind that loads a blade and tests a truck. Clearing runs through the night and into the gray of the next morning, one pass laid tight against the last. What anyone sees afterward is simply an open lot, plowed to the curb and treated, ready before the first car turns in.
