About Rooted Landscaping

Bedford County clay is red and stubborn, and everything that thrives in it — the dogwood along the Little Otter, the fescue in a front yard — earns the right by holding on. Rooted Landscaping works with that ground all the way around the year: mowing, trimming and edging in the green months, cleanups when the season flips, and snow work when a driveway needs plowing and a walk needs shoveling and salt at an unreasonable hour. Spring arrives here in stages, redbud first and then everything at once, and the yards cleaned out in March are the ones that look right in May. Winter asks less of the grass and more of the people keeping a place usable. Forest and the surrounding communities are where the routes run.
