About J & L Property Services LLC

Some Farmville mornings the fog comes off Wilck's Lake and freezes to everything it touches — handrails, porch steps, the last sloped ten feet of a driveway. J & L Property Services LLC reads mornings like that and gets out in front of them, plowing drives, clearing entryways and walks by hand, spreading salt exactly where a boot is most likely to slide. Commercial lots are opened before the first car turns in; houses are opened before the first cup of coffee. None of it is glamorous, and all of it is done in the cold and the dark. The reward is a dry, open path at daybreak that nobody has to think about.
