About Custom StoneScaping, LLC

Under every lawn in this city there is Virginia clay — red, tight and unforgiving in August, which is why a Falls Church yard is won in the fall rather than the spring. Custom StoneScaping, LLC leans into that: aeration once the nights cool, seed down on tall fescue, and the patient September work that shows up as a thick green March. The rest of the year runs on mowing, trimming, mulch and hedges kept to a shape. Crews learn this ground fast — the low spot that stays wet, the strip by the curb that bakes, the shade line that travels through the season. Getting grass to thrive on that soil is a genuine craft, and the reward is a lawn that looks effortless.
