Interstate Snow Removal

About Interstate Snow Removal

Fairfax runs on early departures — Route 50 and the Fairfax County Parkway are already filling at six, snow or no snow. Interstate Snow Removal works ahead of that wave, plowing lots and driveways through the dark hours and stacking the piles where they will not block a sightline. Walks and entrances get opened by hand, and salt goes across the aprons and approaches that always ice first. When the headlights start moving at dawn, the pavement is open and the tires find grip. That is the entire ambition: a Fairfax morning that leaves on time.
