About Gordon W. Frazier Tree Service

Old Town Fairfax keeps its big white oaks, and along Accotink Creek and Daniels Run the canopy closes over the streets until a June thunderstorm decides otherwise. Gordon W. Frazier Tree Service works those neighborhoods — removing trees that have hollowed at the base, trimming limbs away from rooflines, gutters and the wires strung down every block, pruning to keep a mature oak sound rather than merely heavy. When a storm lays a big limb across a driveway, it gets cleared, cut up and carried off on the same visit. In a city where the shade is half the reason people love their street, keeping it standing safely is worth doing slowly and well.
