About Gold Key Commercial Services

Winter in East Highland Park rarely announces itself with a foot of snow; more often it slides in overnight as freezing rain, glazing the lots along Mechanicsville Turnpike before anyone is awake. Gold Key Commercial Services works that dark stretch between the storm and the first shift — plowing the lanes, laying salt before the ice sets, clearing sidewalks and entryways down to bare pavement. The measure of the night is simple: cars turning in at seven o'clock as though nothing happened. Storms here are unpredictable enough that readiness matters more than any forecast, so the equipment stays loaded from the first cold snap on. When the county wakes to a sheet of white, the parking lot is already black and passable.
