About Pettit Lawn Maintenance

Cooks Creek slips through Dayton behind the brick and clapboard houses, and in late October the maples along those streets let go all at once. Pettit Lawn Maintenance follows that calendar — mowing and trimming through the season, edging at the sidewalks, bed care, and the leaf cleanups that put a yard to bed before the first hard freeze. Town lots here sit close together, so the work is close work: around fence posts, porch steps, and the strip between walk and curb. Done properly a yard looks finished from the sidewalk, which is where everybody actually sees it. Dayton is a walking town, and that matters.
