About Donamow Lawn Care, Landscaping & Power Washing

Dahlgren wakes under river fog most mornings, the Potomac so wide at this bend that the far shore is only a rumor until the sun burns through. Donamow Lawn Care, Landscaping & Power Washing follows the year through both halves of it — mowing, trimming, edging and bed work while King George County grows fast in the damp heat, then plowing, shoveling and de-icing when a coastal storm comes up the river. Tidewater snow falls heavy and wet, the kind that packs hard by dawn, so drives and walks get opened early and treated before the melt turns to glass. In summer the mark of a finished job is a straight edge along the drive and clippings swept off the concrete. In winter it is a car that backs out without a second thought.
