About MOJO Property Maintenance LLC

Monday morning along Main Street is its own kind of inspection — every storefront, lot and strip of grass gets looked at by a few hundred people before nine o'clock. MOJO Property Maintenance LLC keeps that first impression in shape, mowing and trimming commercial grounds and residential yards alike, edging the curb lines, and clearing the litter and debris that collect over a weekend. Grass along a parking lot island lives a harder life than grass in a back yard, and it needs somebody who shows up on schedule instead of when it looks bad. The crew handles the round the same way each time: cut, trim, edge, blow, gone. What is left is a property that reads as cared for, which is most of what a place is trying to say.
