About Fox Mountain Services

West of Crozet the land tilts uphill in old orchard rows, and nearly every yard out this way has a piece of mountain in it. Fox Mountain Services mows, trims and edges through the long green stretch that runs from April into October, then clears those same sloped driveways when weather spills down through the gaps. Grade changes make both jobs particular: the mowing line has to follow the contour, and a plowed drive has to be something a car can actually climb. What comes of it is a lawn that reads as one unbroken sweep from the road, and in February, a drive scraped open and treated before anyone has to try it. Crozet asks for both halves of that year, and both get answered.
