About Thacker Lawn Care

East of town the valley narrows toward Shawsville and Elliston, and in late October the ridgelines burn through every shade of rust before a single wind takes it all down at once. Thacker Lawn Care spends those weeks in cleanups and leaf removal, clearing yards load by load so nothing mats down over the grass. The rest of the year is cutting, trimming and edging, steady and unhurried, on whatever schedule a property actually needs. Around Christiansburg the mowing season runs long, well past the point where folks farther north have put their machines away. Every yard gets left clean-edged and swept off, which is the whole of the job.
