Edwards Lawn Care

About Edwards Lawn Care

Fog pools in Ellett Valley on October mornings and burns off slow, and by mid-morning the hills above Christiansburg are the color of struck matches. That is leaf season, and Edwards Lawn Care spends it in cleanups and leaf removal, blowing beds out, clearing drifted maple from the corners, hauling load after load so the turf goes into winter with room to breathe. The rest of the year is mowing, trimming and edging on a rhythm the grass sets, quick in May, easier in August. There is a real pleasure in the last cut of the season, the one that leaves a lawn tidy for months. Come spring the same yards get opened back up and the whole cycle starts over.
