About Newell Lawn and Landscape

The Northwest River runs tea-dark beneath bald cypress, and on the coldest mornings a skin of ice sets along its edges while the middle keeps moving. Newell Lawn and Landscape works those rare hard freezes on the south side of the city, plowing driveways, opening walks and steps, and salting the shaded stretches that never see enough sun to let go on their own. Out past Mount Pleasant the houses sit far apart, so clearing one drive can mean a long haul to the next. Snow here is a guest that stays a day, and the entire job is making that day pass without anyone stuck. An open drive and a bare front step by breakfast is the shape of a good storm.
