MobileVac takes snow and ice off that kind of ground: plowing yards and aisles, clearing walkways and dock aprons, and treating the slick places where wind off the water refreezes whatever melted an hour before. Industrial Chesapeake meets ice more often than snow, and ice is the one that hurts. Working the small hours means the trucks roll in onto pavement instead of onto a problem. By sunrise there is nothing to notice, which is the measure of it.
