About Haughn's Lawns and Landscapes LLC

Out toward Hickory the land goes flat and open, soybean stubble and cotton rows running to the treeline, and when sleet arrives at dusk it comes sideways with nothing to slow it. Haughn's Lawns and Landscapes LLC takes on the snow and ice work along those southern Chesapeake roads: plowing, opening long farm drives, shoveling walks, and spreading de-icer on the hard spots. A country driveway can be a quarter mile of nothing, and getting a truck down it is the difference between a normal day and a lost one. The work reads well from the road afterward — two clean lanes and the pushed snow stacked clear of the mailbox. Then the sun swings around, the fields steam, and Chesapeake goes back to being a place that rarely freezes.
