Grassroots of Tidewater

About Grassroots of Tidewater

The ground here is Tidewater through and through — sandy, quick to drain, with the tide showing up in the ditches behind the yards twice a day like clockwork. Grassroots of Tidewater works with that rather than against it: mowing on a schedule the turf can actually keep, trimming and edging so the lines stay honest, clearing clippings and leaves so nothing sits and smothers what's underneath. Late August is the hard stretch, when heat and humidity press down and lawns start looking for a way out; that's exactly when showing up every week shows. By the time the evenings finally cool, the yards that got tended are the ones still standing green. Plain work, and it holds.
