About Absolute Tree Surgeons LLC

Chesapeake wakes flat and wide, fog lying over the canal at Great Bridge until the sun burns a hole through it. Absolute Tree Surgeons LLC works that tidewater ground with tree removal, tree trimming, pruning and storm damage cleanup, where the water table sits high and a leaning pine tells you something about last month's wind. Winter is the good season for pruning here — sap down, sightlines open, a crape myrtle or a live oak handed back its own shape instead of a haircut. When a nor'easter comes up the Elizabeth River and lays a crown across a fence line, the answer is saw, chipper and a driveway you can back out of before dark. From Great Bridge to Deep Creek and Western Branch, and over into Portsmouth and Norfolk, it is steady work in a city built low to the water.
