About Snoddy’s Property Services LLC

East of Charlottesville the ground flattens out toward Palmyra and Zion Crossroads, and the wind finds you long before the snow does. Snoddy's Property Services LLC keeps those properties on the books year-round — mowing and trimming through the long green stretch, edging walks and drives, then plowing and clearing walkways once the first hard freeze locks the ground. De-icer goes where the shade sits all day and never lets the pavement dry. It's the same driveways in July and January, which is how a person really learns a place. Lake Monticello, Troy and the city streets all come around on the same rotation.
