About The Great Outdoors, LLC.

Under Carter Mountain the yards run at an angle, terraced into the hillside with the Monticello ridge standing over them. The Great Outdoors, LLC. mows that pitch and keeps it honest — trimming along retaining walls and stone edges, edging the drives, lifting leaf fall off lawn and walk when the whole slope turns rust and gold. Hill lawns show every uneven pass, so the lines get cut deliberately and checked from below. There is a genuine pleasure in stepping back at the end and seeing an entire slope read as one clean sweep of green. That view is the job.
