About Surgescaping

Summer storms in Burke build in the west and arrive all at once, and by the next morning the grass has taken a foot of new ambition out of the rain. Surgescaping runs against that surge — mowing on schedule through the wet weeks, trimming what the wind knocked sideways, blowing the walks and drives clear of everything the sky brought down. Between Braddock Road and the creek bottoms the yards drain at wildly different speeds, so timing the cut is most of the skill. Come a day late and it is a hayfield; come at the right hour and it is a lawn. That difference is what this outfit chases, week after week.
