Dillwyn Repair Service

About Dillwyn Repair Service

Buckingham is a courthouse village set squarely in Virginia's Piedmont, ringed by deep woods and red clay roads, in a county whose blue-gray slate has roofed buildings far beyond its borders. Dillwyn Repair Service brings lawn care to the yards here, and in late summer that means cutting through grass grown thick in the humid August heat while cicadas grind away in the oaks. The mowing is done with an eye for the finished picture: straight passes, trimmed borders, nothing left ragged by the mailbox. It is plain, practical work in a county that knows the value of things built to last. When the afternoon storm finally rolls through, the cut lawns gleam as if they had been waiting for it.
