About Verdant Landscape Company

West of Bon Air the ground falls away toward the James, and on an October morning you can watch fog slide over the water while traffic hums up toward the Huguenot Bridge. Autumn is when Chesterfield lawns collect their reward for surviving August: cool nights, a deep return of green, and leaves coming down faster than anyone can keep pace with. Verdant Landscape Company mows, trims and edges right through it, tidying beds and lifting the leaf layer off the turf before it packs down. The satisfaction is small and real — a yard raked open, the line between grass and mulch drawn sharp again. Bon Air and the neighboring communities of south Richmond make up the regular route.
