About Sunnyside Lawn Care Inc

Winter arrives in Blacksburg from above — a gray shelf sliding down off Brush Mountain while the town is still asleep at two thousand feet. That is the hour Sunnyside Lawn Care Inc likes best: headlights on wet asphalt, the plow blade finding the seam of a driveway out along Nellies Cave Road, a clean cut through six inches so a family can back out at seven without a second thought. The same crew reads the other half of the year just as closely, mowing and edging through the long green stretch when the plateau turns lush and the grass simply will not quit. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that ends where it is supposed to — a crisp line at the walk, clippings gone, the yard looking like someone thought about it. Snow removal and lawn care are the same promise made twice: the place you live, kept usable, before you have to ask.
