Lugo Lawn Care

About Lugo Lawn Care

The climb up Route 221 out of the Roanoke Valley is a run of tight curves, and then Bent Mountain opens into a high, rolling plateau where the air runs cooler and the old apple country spreads across the top. Lugo Lawn Care works up here, where grass keeps growing through the dog days that brown so many lawns in the valley below. That longer, gentler season means more cuts and closer attention to the edges, and each yard gets mowed, trimmed and tidied around fences, garden beds and mailboxes. Some mornings the clouds sit right down on the mountain, and the work carries on beneath them, the mower's hum drifting across open fields. The view down to Roanoke is the reward for the drive up; the lawn is the reward for staying.
