About Almond Arboriculture, LLC

In October the light slides off Sharp Top at a low angle and every blade of grass in Bedford throws a shadow twice its length. Almond Arboriculture, LLC works that hour gladly — the unhurried mow, the trimmed border, the leaves lifted off a yard that has carried a whole summer. Lawn care at the foot of the Blue Ridge means reading the ground you are standing on: where frost settles first, which corner stays damp into June, how fast the fescue answers a warm week. Mowing, edging, string trimming and cleanup all follow from that reading. The finish is the point — a lawn somebody slows the truck down to look at on the way out.
