About Jerry'sTotal Lawn Care

Basye sits in a mountain pocket of Shenandoah County where summer arrives late, leaves early, and never quite gets around to being oppressive. Jerry'sTotal Lawn Care makes the most of that short bright season, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the beds on properties tucked between the slopes and the lake water. Nights cool off fast up here, and the grass holds a deeper green well past the point where the valley floor has given up. There is real pleasure in finishing a yard at seven in the evening with the mountain going purple behind it. The work is simple; the setting is not.
