About JM Landscaping & Tree Service

Where Broad Run finishes its run through Ashburn and gives itself over to the Potomac, the late-October light comes in low and copper across the fields at Bles Park. That is leaf season, and JM Landscaping & Tree Service spends it the way it ought to be spent — cleanups underway, cuttings held to the last mow of the year, edges kept sharp while everything else lets go. The rest of the calendar is mowing and trimming on a rhythm the fescue sets, week after week from the first warm stretch onward. A yard that has been kept all summer wears autumn well, the way a well-swept porch wears a rainstorm. Getting it there takes a season's worth of ordinary Tuesdays, and those are the ones that count.
