About Avanza Landscaping & Maintenance

Columbia Pike wakes early — buses running before sunrise, the yards on the side streets waiting their turn in the light. Avanza Landscaping & Maintenance keeps those yards through the growing months with mowing, edging, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanups and fresh mulch, then turns the trucks around when the weather does. Winter in Arlington is unpredictable: two inches one week and eight the next, so the plowing, shoveling and salting have to be ready either way. There is pride at both ends of the year — a lawn cut in even lines in July, a driveway scraped down to pavement in January. Between Penrose, Arlington Heights and the blocks running toward Bailey's Crossroads, the work simply keeps going.
