Bella Property Maintenance

About Bella Property Maintenance

A year in Annandale runs from the first crocus in a Broyhill Crest front bed all the way to the ice that glazes the same street in January, and we're on the property for both ends of it. The warm months mean mowing, trimming, edging, mulch going into beds and leaves coming out of them by November. The cold months mean plowing drives, shoveling steps and walks, and treating surfaces before a thaw-and-freeze turns them slick underfoot. Same houses, same routes, different tools in the truck. Keeping one place looking cared-for across all twelve months is the entire point of the work.
