About JP LANDSCAPING INC.

Three in the morning in Carlyle, and the blocks along Eisenhower Avenue stand dark with the snow coming down sideways between them. JP LANDSCAPING INC. works that hour on purpose — plowing the lots, shoveling the entries, salting ramps and curb cuts while the streets still belong to the plows. By the time the first riders come up out of the Metro, the walks are black pavement again and the piles are banked where they block nobody's sightline. Alexandria tends to get the wet, heavy snow that turns to glass by six, so the second pass matters as much as the first. Nothing about it is glamorous; it is simply what lets a Tuesday happen.
