About Green Zone Landscaping

There is a blue hour just after a storm quits, when Van Dorn Street sits empty and the salt is starting to bite and everything is very still. Green Zone Landscaping works straight through it — plowing lots and drives, shoveling entries and walkways, spreading salt along the shaded runs near Backlick Run where the sun never quite reaches in winter. Snow in this part of Alexandria tends to come dense and fast, and a lot left unopened is twice the job by noon. So the trucks go out early and stay out until the last row is clear. Clean ground by morning is the whole ambition.
