Galo's Lawn Care Service

About Galo's Lawn Care Service

Down at Jones Point the bridge hums overhead and the grass grows right out to the river's edge, thick with July humidity. Galo's Lawn Care Service works that heat all summer — mowing in the cooler part of the day, trimming close along fences and foundations, edging so the walks stay walks. Evening is the good hour here, when the air finally moves off the Potomac and a fresh-cut yard smells like the entire season at once. Cleanups in spring and fall handle whatever the sycamores and the wind conspire to leave behind. Simple work, carried all the way into the corners.
