Lloyd's Lawn Care

About Lloyd's Lawn Care

Old Abingdon is brick walks, boxwood, and yards laid out long before anyone thought about mowers, and May is when all of it wakes at once. Lloyd's Lawn Care moves through those in-town lots with mower, trimmer and edger, working around roots and walls and the tight corners a big machine cannot reason with. Cut, edge, sweep the walk, gather what fell — the order of it matters as much as the doing. By the time the dogwoods finish, a well-kept yard on one of these streets looks like it belongs to the century of house standing behind it. Grass keeps its own calendar here, and somebody has to keep pace.
