Lawn One

About Lawn One

The first cut of the year in West Jordan has a smell to it that no other week does — wet ground, cold sun, cut grass rising off a lawn that has been asleep since November. Lawn One starts there, opening yards with a cleanup and that first pass, then holding the schedule steady all the way through to the last mow of October. Between those bookends it is mowing, trimming and edging on a rhythm, with fertilizing and aeration slotted in where the season calls for them. One lawn, done the same way every visit, is the whole idea; consistency beats any single dramatic effort. By June the stripes are even, the borders are sharp, and the yard has stopped being a chore anyone has to think about.
