About Mountain Valley Property Maintenance

West Jordan faces the Oquirrhs, and every evening the sun drops behind that western wall and lays a long copper light across the lawns. Mountain Valley Property Maintenance knows which yards take the brunt of that afternoon heat and mows them accordingly, blades kept high in July so the turf can shade its own roots. The work is the honest weekly kind — cutting, trimming around fences and posts, edging the concrete, sweeping the drive clean. Fertilization and weed control hold the color; aeration opens tight valley soil so water actually gets down where it belongs. Come the cool end of the year, the cleanup crews strip the yard back to bare, tidy ground.
