In House Property Care

About In House Property Care

In deep winter the valley pulls a gray lid over West Jordan, the air still, the lawns brown and sleeping under it, and only the shape of a property shows — the lines, the edges, whatever was left standing in the fall. In House Property Care works both ends of that: cleanups that get a yard closed down properly before the cold, and the early cleanup that opens it back up when the ground thaws. Through the green months it is mowing, trimming and edging on a set schedule, with fertilizing and weed control fitted around the weather. Handled that way, a property never really goes ragged; it just changes what it needs. Come the first warm week, the lawn is ready to green up instead of ready to be repaired.
