About Funky monkey landscaping

There is an hour in West Haven, just before the sun slides past the Great Salt Lake, when every west-facing yard goes gold and the mower lines show up like corduroy. Funky Monkey Landscaping keeps lawns cut, trimmed and edged across the flat, bright grid of streets between 1900 West and 4000 South. The work is simple and it isn't: an even height, a clean line at the driveway, clippings gone from the walk before anyone gets home. Summer on this side of Weber County runs hot and dry, and the grass asks for a steady hand week after week. When a yard is finished the whole street feels a little more cheerful, which — given the name — seems like the point.
